In a growing world of faceless, online shopping we want to provide a shopping experience that is different. We hope to provide you with a warm welcome and a personal shopping experience. We aim to be fair to everyone, the people we buy from, those who work and volunteer in our shop and to you the customers, so that means that if we are able to buy something at a reduced price, we will pass the saving on to you.
We are a member of BAFTS (British Association of Fairtrade Suppliers), so you can be assured that the products we sell are produced under Fair Trade standards. There are a few items for sale which are not Fair Trade, but we aim to ensure that these are ethically and/or locally sourced.
Our shop is not-for-profit, with our profits going to the charity TASTE, who provide life-changing water for thousands in rural Nigeria.
