Vent are a company who make pens, pencils, and notebooks. They strive to protect and help the environment and to give children from around the world a good education.
They were founded in 2014 by Evan Lewis. After only a year and a half they were producing over one million pencils made from recycled CD cases every year.

From the proceeds of their profits, they support existing education projects from around the world, an example of this is the “Our bright futures campaign UK ” which proceeds go to Plan international charity.
Plan international have been supporting and helping vulnerable children for over 75 years. In Pakistan approximately 25 million children are not educated or in school. Plan international UK is aiming to reach 49 different schools across Pakistan to help with this.

However, Vent do not just help existing charities thy also launched “share a pencil day” in 2017 where they go to schools and teach about why so many people do not go to school or have an education and why this is so important.
Vent have given tens of thousands of pencils to volunteers working overseas to help with their cause. My favourite Vent product is the metal bound notebook and the pocket notebook as I like to carry a notebook with me.
