With so many flavours it’s hard to pick a favourite, but if force to make a decision we’d pick Choc-Affair’s Salted Caramel. It mixes the classic flavour of caramel with a hint of salt, a combination which really works. Fairtrade chocolate is sourced from small-scale cocoa farmers from countries across the globe. Such as Colombia, Ghana and Peru. Fairtrade provides these cocoa farmers with a fair wage and sustainability through long term projects.
